Send vendor incident alerts by SMS through your Twilio account. Choose a minimum severity appropriate for the receiving team.

Setup

Open Settings → Alerts
Click Add channel → SMS.

Enter Twilio credentials and numbers
Enter your Account SID, Auth Token and Twilio From Number. Add comma-separated To Numbers, including country codes, such as
+15551234567. - 3
Confirm the severity floor
Set Minimum Severity, save and use Test to check delivery. The form starts at
degraded; choose a higher threshold if needed.
Warning
Twilio messaging charges apply to your account. Check the sender’s permissions and recipient numbers if delivery fails.
Configure the integration
Add the destination or credentials, then verify the connection.
