Send vendor incident alerts by SMS through your Twilio account.

This alert channel is included in Pro and Enterprise. Compare plans.

Setup

Open Settings → Alerts
Click Add channel → SMS.

Enter Twilio credentials and numbers
Enter your Account SID, Auth Token and Twilio From Number. Add comma-separated To Numbers, including country codes, such as +15551234567.

Save and test
Save and use Test to check delivery.

Warning

Twilio messaging charges apply to your account. Check the sender’s permissions and recipient numbers if delivery fails.

Add the destination or credentials, then verify the connection.
