Send vendor incident alerts to a Teams channel using a Workflows webhook.

Setup

Create a Workflows webhook
In Teams: Apps → Workflows → Post to a channel when a webhook request is received. Pick the team and channel, then copy the workflow URL.

Open Settings → Alerts
Click Add channel → Microsoft Teams and paste the workflow URL.

Test the connection
Save and use Test to check the message in Teams. If delivery fails, check the workflow URL, permissions and run history.

Add the destination or credentials, then verify the connection.
