Microsoft retired the legacy Office 365 Connectors mid-2024. CheckUpstream uses the modern **Workflows** webhook connector, which delivers Adaptive Cards with the same rich formatting.
Setup.

Create a Workflows webhook
In Teams: **Apps → Workflows → Post to a channel when a webhook request is received**. Pick the team and channel, then copy the workflow URL.

Open Settings → Alerts
Click **Add channel → Microsoft Teams** and paste the workflow URL.

Test the connection
Use the **Send test event** button to confirm the Adaptive Card lands in the channel. If the test event errors out, your tenant may be on the legacy connector — update to the Workflows app.
Configure in dashboard
When you've followed the steps above, open the settings page to wire it up.

Drop the SDK in, point it at your project key, and start seeing live upstream telemetry inside the dashboard.
