Setup

Generate an Incident.io API key
In Incident.io: Settings → API keys → Create. Scope it to incident creation.

Open Settings → Alerts
Click Add channel → Incident.io and paste the API key.

Test the API key
Save and use Test. It validates the key with a read request; it does not create an incident.
Configure the integration
Add the destination or credentials, then verify the connection.
