Send vendor incident alerts to organization members. Each person’s notification preferences control their delivery.

Setup

Open Settings → Alerts
Click Add channel → Email.

Check member preferences
No destination credentials are needed. Email goes to organization members, subject to their notification preferences.

Set the severity floor
Choose the minimum severity your team needs, save and use Test to check delivery.

Add the destination or credentials, then verify the connection.
